With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry and over 6 years as a personal trainer, I know that no two fitness journeys are the same. Whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time or you’re a seasoned athlete chasing peak performance, I’m here to help you smash your goals.
From losing unwanted fat and building lean muscle to improving posture, strength, and athletic performance, I’ll tailor your plan to suit your needs and lifestyle. I keep training simple, effective, and yes—fun.
As a fully qualified and insured Level 3 PT, my background goes beyond the gym. I’m a former competitive boxer, having trained in legendary gyms like Gleason’s in Brooklyn, NY, alongside world-class fighters. My journey has taken me across the UK and the States, blending lessons from elite athletes, bodybuilders, and trainers to bring you a unique, results-driven experience.
But there’s more to me than fitness. I’ve spent 20 years as a writer and performer, selling out shows, landing a BBC documentary, and even having a book written about my adventures. Media outlets like The Sun and The Daily Record have shared my story, and I’ve earned praise from well-known figures like Ian Rankin. My life has been a mix of grit, creativity, and passion—just like my approach to personal training.

THE GYM
Gracemount Gym has been a cornerstone of fitness since 2005, opening its doors to the public in 2009. Nestled in a beautiful part of the city with free parking, it offers a private and welcoming atmosphere that’s hard to find elsewhere. Known as the friendliest hardcore gym around, Gracemount is packed with all the equipment you need to build muscle, shed fat, and smash your fitness goals.
Stevie has been training here since he was a teenager—18 years and counting—and it remains his all-time favorite place to train. Whether you’re a seasoned lifter or just starting out, Gracemount Gym is a space where passion, progress, and camaraderie come together.
